Ravil House

The building is located at Kazan; the capital of Tatarstan, on a slightly sloping ground at the banks of the Volga river, amongst similar two storey single houses surrounded by greenfields.

The service areas such as heating facilities, laundry, employee lodgings, swimming pool, and sauna were planned on the road side, whereas the living spaces were planned on the river side overlooking the river Volga.

The gym, sauna, swimming pool, and the kitchen were planned together at the rear of the house.

The building’s facade draws attention with its burnt granite veneered walls and extensive glass surfaces.
