Prime Ministry and Parliament Building

Designed in 2004 by Affan and Nesrin Yatman, the Prime Ministry and Parliament Building was completed in 2005, at a prime location in the main square of Kazan, Tatarstan. The coordination of designing and construction processes enabled the building to come into service within such a very short period of time.

The Prime Ministry which was equipped with modern technological systems and building materials hosts congress, meeting and exhibition halls, restaurants, kitchen and parking spaces.

The Tatarstan Parliament House was built behind the Prime Ministry as an extension.
